Enjoy the 1876 atmosphere at three nondenominational summer services held on the fourth Sunday evening of June, July, and August. Each service includes a musical program and a devotional talk by an area pastor.
June 23, 7:00 PM: We are happy to have Mark and Stephen Kays, also known as Y2K, joining us again this year for an evening of rousing gospel music. Blake Stevenson, who is from the Auburn Church of Christ, and a dedicated member of the Powers Church Committee, will provide the devotions for the service.
July 28, 7:00 PM: We are also glad to have the Pokagon Pitchpipers, a joyful and very talented barbershop group that has blessed us with gospel music in the barbershop style for many years. Pastor Dan Foster, who is from the Ray Revelation Church, will give the devotions.
August 25, 7:00 PM: We are also blessed to have the Little River Chapter of the Sweet Adelines who have provided amazing programs at the church for almost 40 years. Mike Hestermam, pastor of the Metz Christian Church, will provide the devotions for the service. All summer services will be followed with ice cream from Sharon Crager and the Old York Church members, or from the members of the Metz Christian Church.

This service includes a reading of the Christmas story in the King James version and congregational singing of traditional Christmas Carols.
